The GMC Granite is a compact MPV concept, developed by General Motors. It was introduced at the 2010 North American International Auto Show in Detroit.[1][2] If produced, the Granite would be GMC's smallest offering.
The Granite is powered by a 1.4 L (85 cu in) ecotec turbocharged I4 that produces 138 hp (103 kW) and 148 lb·ft (201 N·m). This is matched to a six-speed transmission with a dual-clutch. It is currently scheduled for North American market release in the second half of 2012 (for the model year 2013).
